Reviews on Our Platform
All reviews, whether positive or negative, are displayed on the respective agency’s profile page. This is where users can read, write, and discover detailed feedback, as well as view each agency’s overall rating.
Unlike closed review platforms, we ensure that all submitted reviews remain public and unmoderated by the agencies themselves. This guarantees that our listings are comprehensive, truthful, and reflective of real experiences.
Reviewers own their content and can edit or delete their reviews through their account settings. Deleted accounts result in the permanent removal of associated reviews, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Our system uses advanced automated detection tools to identify and filter out fake or biased reviews. These tools analyze various data points to maintain integrity. If a review is flagged by the system as potentially fraudulent, it is taken offline, and the reviewer is notified for correction.
